Turmeric milk is the best remedy:  Thyroid patients should consume turmeric milk daily. Turmeric is very effective in treating thyroid.

Use Ashwagandha: Take a spoonful of Ashwagandha powder with lukewarm milk at bedtime. If you want, you can drink its root by boiling it in water. It removes the imbalance of hormones.

Muleti: The major constituent triterpenoid glycyrrhetinic acid is found in liquorice, which is best for thyroid patients.

Consume Tulsi: Along with increasing immunity, Tulsi will also treat thyroid. If you consume half a teaspoon of aloe vera juice in 2 teaspoons of basil juice, then thyroid can be treated to a great extent.

 

Foods That Will Control Thyroid:

Include gourd in the diet: Consumption of bottle gourd is best for thyroid patients. Thyroid patients should take lauki empty stomach. Eating gourd reduces stress, it contains more water which helps in keeping the body cool. Consumption of bottle gourd is also considered very beneficial for diabetic patients .

Black pepper: Black pepper is the best treatment for thyroid patients. You can consume a small amount of black pepper in regular food. Piperine is present in black pepper and it also has anti-depressant properties which helps in relieving stress and depression of people. Bone pain can be removed by its consumption.

Coconut oil: Coconut oil has many benefits for health. This oil also provides relief from weight loss to diseases like diabetes. Thyroid patients should consume coconut oil in the form of cooking oil.
